What we do

Check existing electrical connections are safe and suitable for the new appliance.

Build TV stand/Wall Mount if purchased with TV.

Disconnect existing appliance, remove packaging and check new appliance

Connect existing connections to existing socket (subject to legal requirements and within 1 metre of appliance)

Test appliance is working and connections safe to use, Tune and connect all equipment(e.g. bluray), Smart TV set up to network.

Demo the TV

Remove all packaging and take away old appliance* for recycling (*£15.00 Charge)

Checklist before we arrive

Check correct electrical connection within 1 metre of appliance.

Check necessary cables and accessories, such as HDMI, compatible dongle.

Check internet connection for Smart TV

Check suitable access

Check new appliance will fit the space
